THE GREAT BLACK GOLD CONSPIRACY
It is important to remember that it is time-tried Communist strategy to help
non-Communist forces destroy anti-Communist Governments so that the Reds may
seize control amid the resulting chaos. Today Islam's faith and fanaticism are being
harnessed by Communist subversion to threaten the power balance of the world.

That Communist leaders are behind the turmoil in Iran has been emphatically denied by those in authority, both in Iran and in the United States. However, it should be noted that the Ayatollah Khomeini, who is billed as a madman and a fanatical religious zealot, also has served his time as a Soviet agent. UPI revealed the connection on Nov. 24, stating in part:
"The Soviet Union penetrated the Shiite Moslem sect as early as the 1950s and Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini was a Russian agent at that time, according to a Polish army counterintelligence chief who defected to the West in 1960. The charge against the revolutionary leader was made Friday in an announcement by a California law firm negotiating with Bantam Books for publication of the memoirs of the former Polish espionage chief, Col. Michael M. Goleniewski. ... Goleniewski learned of Khomeini's activities on behalf of Russia when the colonel was deputy chief and vice director of Polish army counterintelligence from 1953 to 1956.... The colonel informed the CIA of Khomeini's espoinage role when he was debriefed by the staff of James Angelton, then the director of counterintelligence .... Goleniewski told the CIA that Khomeini was the most important of five top Russian agents in Iran, and that Khomeini reported to the Russian KGB through its agents in Warsaw, where Goleniewski was headquartered." (Unquote).
Khomeini's Communist connections would explain the events that followed the kidnapping of hostages in Tehran: 1) A group of Mohammedan terrorists seeking martrydom took over the mosque (Kaaba) at Mecca. 2) Khomeini spread the word that this was the act of "American Imperialists and International Zionists." 3) Raids followed upon American embassies and installations in several cities where Shiite Moslems were residing. Later reports confirmed that the leaders of these mobs gave their orders in the Persian language.
Another Khomeini connection: Iran's latest move at this writing has been the government's decision to sue the Shah and his wife and family for $56.5 billion, the sum allegedly diverted from Iran for the personal use of the Shah and his family. It develops that this advice was given Khomeini by his American legal advisor, one Ramsey Clark, International Lawyer, former Attorney General of the United States, member of the Rockefeller-dominated Council on Foreign Relations, and well-known promoter of leftist causes. An article appearing in the Los Angeles Times stated: "Before his fruitless mission to try to get U.S. hostages out of Iran, Ramsey Clark wrote a letter to officials of the revolutionary regime in Iran urging it to seek damages from the deposed Shah of Iran and his family. The former attorney general took that position in a letter on Oct. 12 to Iranian Foreign Minister Ibrahim Yazdi. This was 10 days before Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlevi arrived in New York for treatment of cancer. The U.S. Embassy in Tehran was seized by terrorists Nov. 4... Clarks' action in advising the Iranian government was explained in a statement issued by his New York law firm (Clark, Wulf, Levine & Peratis). The statement said: "From January, 1979, Ramsey Clark urged the new government of Iran to seek damages for criminal and wrongful acts committed by the former shah and to recover properties the shah, his family and confederates unlawfully took from the Iranian people... Mr. Clark has actively and publicly protested the shah's violation of human rights ... This same commitment to human rights caused Mr. Clark to immediately accept a State Department request to assist in securing the release of hostages held in Tehran...." (Unquote).
But, more important than Khomeini's Communist connections, more important than Clark's connections with Khomeini, is the allegation that behind all these terrorist activities is an oil-based conspiracy by the Communists, the Trilateralists and the International Bankers, to seize and divide among themselves the oil fields, not only of Iran, but of the entire Middle East! Claiming that it is "the most important column that I have written in my 30 years in reporting from the nation's capitol," Paul Shott discloses the details of a sordid criminal conspiracy that is being "orchestrated from Moscow with a great deal of help from several high officials in the Carter administration, the previous Nixon administration, and international banking circles." Scott challenges that "it is a plot to drastically alter the flow of oil from the Middle East and change the balance of power in the world so that it favors the Sovet Union."
"The spear-carriers," says Scott, "are the student mob now holding Americans hostage in the U.S. Embassy compound in Tehran. Their carefully monitored and controlled actions are being covertly directed by two Communist advisers of Iran's ruler Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, whose fingers appear to be those of another." These two advisers are Brzezinski and Brezhnev They came to a secret understanding in Vienna earlier this year under the cover of Carter-Brezhnev SALT II discussions.
"This modern Vienna Waltz, as the 'understanding' is referred to in international banking circles where David Rockefeller reigns, provides for the takeover of Iran and its vast oil resources by a government friendly to the Soviet Union," says Scott. Immediate objective is to insure that Russia gets all of the Iranian oil. But this is just the beginning. We quote Scott at length:
"In exchange for this multi-billion dollar oil bonanza, Soviet leader Brezhnev 'pledged' to stand by, while Russian-trained and armed Syrian forces create a border crisis with Israel sometime in the spring or summer of 1980.... The dark heart of this strategy is to involve Saudi Arabia in the confrontation so the U.S. can send its military forces to that oil-rich kingdom to 'protect' its oil fields, production, and transportation facilities ... The objective is to try to guarantee the U.S. an increased flow of oil from Saudi Arabia (through a kind of 'friendly' military occupation of Saudi Arabia-Ed.)
"Whether the Soviet's high command ... will permit the U.S. to play the Saudi Arabia card is highly questionable ... In their current maneuvers to change the balance of power in the world to their side during the next 16 months, the Soviets have began an unprecedented and virtually unopposed buildup of military forces at advance overseas bases. Their mission is to control the strategic waterways and 'choke points' throughout the world in preparation for redirecting the flow of oil from the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America ... These are the 'winds of change' that are sweeping over the world, that Presidential Assistant Brzezinski says the U.S. must now accept. These 'winds of change' (Communist code word for Soviet expansion) also were the topic of discussion between Brzezinski and the Ambassadors of Iran and Russia when he met with these diplomats during his mysterious trip to Algeria on November 1 to 3.
"Has the President put his stamp of approval on the Vienna 'understanding' or is he riding
the 'winds of change' because he does not know from where they come or where they
are designed to take the last great hope of Western civilizatin? His announcement
that the U.S. will not buy any more oil from Iran tends to indicate that he knows
what is going on ..."

There is a conscious pattern in all of this, whether it be Iran or some other part of the world: The U.S. Government builds up some country or goes to the aid of some country or some part of the world; billions of dollars are poured into the do-gooder effort; and then when the time is ripe the Communists move in and take over! This has happened in parts of Africa and Asia. It's happening now in Iran and in the Carribean. But the trend has speeded up since the takeover of Washington by the Trilateralists. Rep. Steve Symms summed it up on November 20th in these words:
"Terrible as these present events are, they should not have been totally unexpected. The weak, indecisive foreign policy actions of the Carter administration combined with erosion of our military posture and the downgrading of our intelligence capabilities has extended an open invitation to the kind of intimidation and extortion that we are faced with today in Iran (and may we add, Congressman Symms, that it was planned that way? -Ed.) .... Consider some of the major foreign policy actions of the Carter administration. Soon after taking office the Carter administration presents a somewhat equitable SALT II proposal to the Soviets only to back away at the first indication of Soviet objection. ... Carter cancels production of the B-1 bomber ... cancels deployment of the neutron bomb. The Panama Canal Treaty was concluded and ratified, thereby surrendering U.S. control to the pro-Marxist regime in Panama. The Carter administration has steadfastly supported the Communist-backed guerilla war against Rhodesia and has ignored the Russian advances in mineral-rich areas of Africa as well as the Soviet takeover of Afghanistan which, by the way, involved the murder of our Ambassador with Soviet agents present ... Carter's ready capitulation to the demands of Peking that we abrogate our treaty relations with or longtime ally Taiwan, must have been a surprising sign of weakness even to Peking ... In addition the Carter administration offered no resistance to the introduction of nuclear-capable Soviet Mig-23 aircraft and nuclear submarines into Cuba as well as combat forces...." (unquote).
As Paul Scott stated: the Soviet mission is to control the strategic waterways and "choke points" throughout the world. And our Trilateralist-managed federal government is assisting in the fulfillment of this mission! As Scott indicates, the present Iranian situation was actually plotted and planned by conspirators representing our government, the Soviet government, and the International Bankers. And even as this crisis develops in the Mideast, a new development is underway in the Carribean area:
The tipoff came this week, when Philip C. Habib, longtime CFR dignitary and presently an ambassadorial trouble-shooter for Carter, addressed the Third Annual Conference on the Caribbean, held in Miami November 28-30. As keynote speaker Habib told the delegates from Carribean countries: "Cuba's continuing and active military involvement - in league with the Soviet Union - in the internal affairs of other countries makes normal relations impossible. We oppose Cuba's adventurism - in this hemisphere and elsewhere - and we will continue to do so."
And how do we oppose this "adventurism?" By spending another $150 million in aid next year, and by asking the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the 30-nation Caribbean Group for Cooperation in Economic Development to take more interest by lending more principle. Which means, in plain American language, that we are building up installations and industries for the Communists to take over! Teddy Roosevelt would be turning somersaults in his grave if this were possible.
A look at a world map will show that, where the transport and delivery of vital minerals and black gold (oil) are concerned, there are fourteen major choke points. These consist of five inland seas (the South China Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, the North Sea, the Norwegian Sea, and the Carribean Sea); two interoceanic canals (the Suez and the Panama); and seven passage points (the Malacca Straits, the Island of Sri Lanka [Ceylon], the Horn of Africa, the Mozambique Channel, the Cape of Good Hope, Gibraltar, and Cape Horn.) Since 1959 the Soviets have been able to intrude into all of these choke points, and have established total control over some of them, are gaining control over all of them - presumably without a single Russian firing a single shot. All is to be accomplished through American compromise or surrender, or through the use of surrogate troops, indigenous revolutionaries or Communist-trained terrorists and insurgents.
It seems certain that when the Conspirators have accomplished what they desire in regard to Iran (whether war will develop is a moot question), then the next step in their program will be the total Communist takeover of the Carribean Sea. Philip Habib's analysis of the situation seems to confirm this, and he should know since he is an agent of the Conspirators.
Dr. Lewis A. Tambs is an authority on Latin American history, spent 10 years in South America as an engineer and businessman, then changed courses, and earned a Ph.D. in history. He states: "The Middle East may be the petroleum pump, but the New World Mediterranean (that is, the Carribean) is the nozzle. Supertankers sailing from the Persian Gulf around Africa do not dock directly in U.S. Atlantic or Gulf ports. These huge vessels enter the Carribean, and transfer their cargoes at the Virgin Islands, Trinidad, or Curacao into standard size tankers which then sail on to the eastern or southern seaboards of the U.S. Venezuelan oil also moves northward through the Yucatan, Windward and Mona Channels ... the Panama Canal also plays an important role ... Oil from Alaska and Ecuador passes through the Pacific-Atlantic pipeline at David in the Republic of Panama or by tanker through the Canal Zone. And Nicaragua is a Central Americans beachhead for the eventual Castroite conquest of the petroleum fields of Southern Mexico. Thus, whoever controls the Carribean can strangle the US by choking off its petroleum life line. The current crisis in the Carribean is phase three of World War III ...." (unquote).
The foregoing was written after the fall of Nicaragua and before the crisis in Iran. The author would surely regard Iran as another part of the third phase of World War III. His thesis: Phase one was the Cold War; Phase two was Detente; Phase three, the Oil War. Or, more specifically: Phase One witnessed the buildup of Soviet nuclear power; Phase Two saw the buildup, under a nuclear umbrella, of a great Soviet navy; and Phase Three involves the current takeover of the world's waterways by supporting subversion and wars of national 'liberation' as in Iran. But the crisis has awakened millions of Americans who resent their nation's retreat from greatness. If those millions could be told what's really going on, there could be reformation, restoration and a return to the Traditional American Way of Life and Liberty.
