The King's Bench is one of the ancient courts of England, dating back to the time of William the Conquerer (1066). It was reorganized in the twelvth and thirteenth centuries, giving it its present name, and it became the highest common law court in England until its end as a separate tribunal in 1875. Parliament abolished the Court during the reign of Queen Victoria and merged the court into the High Court of Justice as the King's Bench Division, where today it is responsible to overseeing the Commercial Court, the Admiralty Court and the Administrative Court.
This transformation out of courts of common law and into courts of commerce, equity, admirality and administrative law
parallels what has more recently happened in America. In 1933, as part of the deliberate socialist coup d'etat that destroyed the First American Republic, the substance of our common law - our gold and our right to own property - was stolen from us and in its place we were collectively cast into the "prison without walls" (i.e., the "virtual" debtor's prison) known as Social Security. Along with this "New Deal" came all the trappings that will forever afflict nations and peoples who have found themselves conquered, vanquished and enslaved by the foes of humanity, including the tyranny of equity law, military courts, perpetual war backed by perpetual debt, income taxation and paper money.
This distinction between property and equity is the key to understanding freedom: the slave is one who (perhaps gradually, even unknowingly) moves out of common law and comes under the (tyranical) rule of equity and debt. Here at The King's Bench, we teach you how to reverse this (perhaps unconscious) drift, and consciously move yourself out of equity back under the jurisdiction of the common law, thereby reclaiming your royal inheritance as a free, independent and sovereign human being (Ex 19:6, 1 Pet 2:9, Rev 1:6) fashioned in the image of your Creator (Gen 1:26-28). In the process of doing so, you will discover that "all things shall be added unto you" in abundance overflowing. The paper debts and liabilities that you have been falsely conditioned into accepting as "assets" will be transformed into the true, enduring wealth of gold, silver and land, thereby ensuring genuine financial security and peace of mind for both you and your future posterity.
